This optical Brix Refractometer (brix meter) is designed to measure of sugar content in an aqueous solution, measure ferment for brandy, beer wort, soft drinks, sugar solutions, cutting liquid, fruit juice. It can also measure total dissolved solids of Soup or Water-soluble glue. Provides a scale with 0-32% Brix in 0.2% division.
